The property manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the property. Coordinates repair and maintenance of building equipment, capital improvements, tenant construction and contract services.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Building Director and for providing courteous assistance and customer service to the tenants. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for complying with operational policies and procedures established by the Smith Companies for assigned properties.

The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safty systems at the property. The Engineer responds to tenant HVAC and mechanical requests.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for hte repair and maintenance of finsihes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within the property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as well as requests by the Property Manager.

The Parking Manager supervises the garage staff, garage operations and parking contract administration.
