The Administrative Assistant supports the Property Manager by dispatching service requests and coordinating access to the buildings by contractors and deliveries. They perform the daily administrative tasks of the property management office.

The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher).
