Lead Engineer
The Lead Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Lead Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Furthermore, the Lead Engineer supervises the other members of the staff. Each Lead Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher).
