The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building. They supervise the building staff, coordinate prompt response to service requests, and oversee tenant construction and other major projects.

The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager. They provide additional supervision and technical assistance to the engineering and maintenance staff assigned to the property.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of finishes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within a property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Property Manager.

"The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)"
