"The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)"

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of finishes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within a property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Property Manager.

"The Maintenance Helper assists both Engineers and Maintenance Mechanics in the maintenance and operations of the property. They perform minor repairs and re-lamping as directed by the Property Manager, under the supervision of the Engineer or Maintenance Mechanic."
