Property Manager
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building. They supervise the building staff, coordinate prompt response to service requests, and oversee tenant construction and other major projects.

Property Administrator
The Property Administrator supports the Property Manager by dispatching service requests and coordinating access to the buildings by contractors and deliveries. They perform the daily administrative tasks of the property management office.
ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE

Engineering Operations Manager
The Engineering Operations Manager provides supervision and technical assistance to the engineering and maintenance staff assigned to the property.

Lead Engineer
The Lead Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Lead Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)

Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of finishes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within a property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Property Manager.

General Maintenance Helper
The General Maintenance Helper assists Engineers, Maintenance Mechanics and Utility Mechanics in the maintenance and operations of the property. They perform minor repairs and re-lamping as directed by the Property Manager, under the supervision of the Engineer or Maintenance Mechanic.

The Parking Manager supervises the garage staff, garage operations and parking contract administration.

Day Cleaning Supervisor
The Day Cleaning Supervisor provides oversight to the day cleaning staff. They perform routine inspections of the property and serve as the liaison between the property management office and the cleaning company.
