The Engineering Operations Manager provides supervision and technical assistance to the engineering and maintenance staff assigned to the property.

The Lead Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Lead Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)

HVAC Mechanic
The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of finishes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within a property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Property Manager.
