"The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building. They supervise the building staff, coordinate prompt response to service requests, and oversee tenant construction and other major projects."

The Property Administrator supports the Property Manager by dispatching service requests and coordinating access to the buildings by contractors and deliveries. They perform the daily administrative tasks of the property management office.

"The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)"

The Lead Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Cleaning Supervisor provides oversight to the day and night cleaning staff. They perform routine inspections of the property and serve as the liaison between the property management office and the cleaning company.
