The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)"

"Assists Maintenance Mechanics with major maintenance tasks and performs general building maintenance and repairs to common areas and tenant spaces, to include carpentry and locksmith services."

"The Maintenance Helper assists both Engineers and Maintenance Mechanics in the maintenance and operations of the property. They perform minor repairs and re-lamping as directed by the Property Manager, under the supervision of the Engineer or Maintenance Mechanic."
