The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building. They supervise the building staff, coordinate prompt response to service requests and administer service contracts. They also oversee tenant construction and other major building construction projects.

The Administrative Assistant supports the Property Manager by dispatching service requests and coordinating access to the buildings by contractors and deliveries. They perform the daily administrative tasks of property management office.

The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)

The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within a property. The Engineer responds to tenant HVAC and mechanical requests, as directed by the property manager. They carry a DC Third Class Engineering license.
