The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)"

Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of finishes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within a property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Property Manager.

The Cleaning Supervisor provides oversight to the day and night cleaning staff. They perform routine inspections of the property and serve as the liaison between the property management office and the cleaning company.
