The Administrative Assistant supports the Property Manager by dispatching service requests and coordinating access to the buildings by contractors and deliveries. They perform the daily administrative tasks of the property management office.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of finishes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within a property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Property Manager.
