The Administrative Assistant supports the Property Manager by dispatching service requests and coordinating access to the buildings by contractors and deliveries. They perform the daily administrative tasks of the property management office.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of finishes and fixtures within the property. They also assist the Engineer in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems within a property. The Maintenance Mechanic responds to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Property Manager.

The Engineer is directly responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems within the assigned property. The Engineer responds to tenant comfort and mechanical requests as directed by the Property Manager. Each Engineer is licensed as Third Class Operating Engineer (or higher.)

The Cleaning Supervisor provides oversight to the day and night cleaning staff. They perform routine inspections of the property and serve as the liaison between the property management office and the cleaning company.

The Building Concierge provides typical Concierge type services exclusively to tenants of the building. There is no additional charge or fee to use their services. They will coordinate catering, entertainment and event ticket purchase, dining reservations, clothing valet, flower and other gift purchase and a variety of other services.
