The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building. They supervise the building staff, coordinate prompt response to service requests, and oversee tenant construction and other major projects.

The Cleaning Supervisor provides oversight to the day and night cleaning staff. They perform routine inspections of the property and serve as the liaison between the property management office and the cleaning company.

"The Building Concierge provides typical Concierge type services exclusively to tenants of the building. There is no additional charge or fee to use their services. They will coordinate catering, entertainment and event ticket purchase, dining reservations, clothing valet, flower and other gift purchase and a variety of other services."
